Nirmal Bahuddeshiya Sanstha

NIRMAL is a non-political, development oriented grass root and secular organization, which works not for profit. Emphasis of the organization had been to address the problem through dissemination of scientific procedures also management and identified the key economic activities prevalent to livelihood sustainability. The organization formed to be as facilitator by a group of seven enthusiastic persons from different part of the state of Maharashtra with different developmental background.

Occupation: Physician cum Social worker


Dr. Shandilya is the member of executive board of directors. He is having more than five years of working experience in various social and grass root sectors, builder ship and other developmental areas apart from medical sector. He is having great leading and professional quality in development sectors which helps our NGO in better way all the time. He is also a facilitator volunteer for other development organization to be come up with positive spirit of development.

Dr. M. Shandilya, started her career in 2008 as a doctor as well as a social worker. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical from Soochow University, China. After that she practicing in Non - invasive Cardiology, her devotion for backward, poor and illiterate rural peoples especially for women’s and obvious in health sector is helping our organization for proper social growth and development of the organization.

Mr. Sunil Shandilya, Secretary
Qualification : M.A.
Occupation : Social Work

 Mr. Sunil M. Shandilya, is the base - bottom column of the organization. He’s great work experience grow the organization in this stage. More than this he is the great human personality, having well work experience of 37 years in various development sectors. Shortly he is the grass root base creator of the organization. With the organization's effort simultaneously he is maintaining his entrepreneurial ability by holding as the M.D. of “Gajanan Builders and Developers” also he was the founder M.D. of “Priyanka Engineering Pvt Ltd.". He has done a splendid job in development context.
