Entrepreneurship Development Program

Entrepreneurs play an important role in economic development of a country or a state. It is considered to be a panacea for creation wealth, generation employment and providing new and better goods and services. Developing the split of Entrepreneurs among the youths/women in present day context is considered to be very important in our country. The government cannot provide jobs for all kind of unemployed youths and the corporate sector can also provide limited jobs only to the best and that too without any job security. Moreover it is also difficult to get an idea job as per the interest of the person concerned. While job opportunities are limited today, developing economic can be a professional entrepreneur’s paralyze, provided they know the right techniques on how to develop their own competencies and to grasp the opportunities available for them.

Nirmal promotes entrepreneurs by giving viable trade base and general management training which are practical as well as theoretical from its own and proper guidance in field, monitor their venture by developing bookkeeping & accounting system also link them with bank to expansion of their activity. Nirmal promoted a good number of entrepreneurs in a sustainable way with continuous effort every year as it has got educated  / qualified and trained trainer motivator. 

The program is really helped the rural educated or less educated youth/women for self sufficient, building confidence by venturing service / production units with the help of exploring their potentiality, entrepreneurial ability and leadership quality. The ultimate goal of this program is to promote the rural entrepreneur. Since the organization formed, it has been trying to encourage and motivate the educated enthusiasm youth / women to uplift their quality as popular entrepreneurs so that the educated youth/women never try to spoil their spirit by running after govt. job and political party.

Agriculture 

The people of rural Maharashtra are depending upon their livelihood through agriculture activity basically, where Nirmal is being concerned. People are doing cultivation traditionally; they are unaware about to get proper benefit by doing the same, by that way people only can run their livelihood in a simple way, which way they are unable to think beyond. Looking in view to develop their economy in that way also, the organization is being trying to convert their traditional idea regularly with modern methodology and agri-diversification to get more benefit and viability from their involvement. Nirmal conducts awareness, training program for farmers on modern agriculture and new techniques of agro – methods, where the yields will high, how it can be more viable and feasible etc. and further more with any support to develop the activities, the organization works as facilitator for long run development for the society.

Farmer’s Welfare

Farmers are the most important area of our society, so we have also responsibility towards them. On that point of view our staff has visited areas of the villages house to house of every farmer’s and exchanging their views on cultivation. Our organization also distributes seeds of many viable crops to the farmers and told them the procedure to saw those seeds. Nirmal also teaches them the easy procedure for sawing the seeds and do cultivation without many problems due to the season of drying also distributes vaccines to restrict the crops from dangerous insects, which may damage the crops timely as freely sometimes. So far the welfare of the farmers is concern our organization did lots of beneficial activities towards the society at large. The farmers also blessed us for our memorable activities.

To survive its affairs and developmental efforts for the society long run, without depending upon other supports, the organization itself started doing income generation activities also as demonstration for the people by way of taking land on ledge from the people in rural areas. As composite farming it has initiated Sugar Cane, Vegetable & Banana cultivation and getting well output as supplement for its survival. The return surplus is giving an excellent support to carrying out welfare activities by the organization.

Women Empowerment & SHG

Empowering women program aims at empowering the rural poor, illiterate and marginalized women, in social, economic, intellectual, psychological, moral and ethical spheres of life. To bring about lasting and sustainable change among the disadvantaged women, who are socially and economically backward, it involves a step process. Nirmal understands that the best way to lead these women forward is to assist them in building their capacities and enabling them in building their capacities and enabling them to think for themselves, plan and implement their own development. This is done through motivation and training sessions. Nirmal also empowers the partner institutions that join hands to reach out to a greater number of women in disadvantage situations.

Nirmal started working for women through promotion of resource base income generating activities and forming Self Help Groups (SHGs) and nurturing them with professional inputs for their sustainability. The uniqueness of Nirmal is that the entire women program is managed by women, at all levels. Due to this characteristic, women are able to freely express, plan and execute activities by themselves. Nirmal organizes the program uniformly in all the villages of all its targeted areas, which approach is making program effective, viable and sustainable. Nirmal lays emphasis on women’s participation in all the programs and activities. The Resource Based approach is followed while working with women’s groups. Nirmal maintain peace in the villages leaving no room for conflicts and treats everyone equally, irrespective of caste or creed, working on secular principles.
